The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) contains guarantees which provide consumers with a basic, guaranteed level of protection for goods or services they acquire. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the ACL that cannot be limited by us.

Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about the purchase of an item, you may return the item to us for an exchange or a store credit, subject to the following conditions.
- You must despatch the item to us within seven days of the date it is delivered to you, in accordance with our reasonable instructions.
- The item must be in its original condition with all tags intact, and not have been worn, washed or otherwise used. We will not accept the return of items that show signs of wear.
- You must enclose your receipt of purchase with the item.
- You must repackage the item in all of the original protective packaging that it was delivered to you in.
As we run small manufacturing batches to ensure quality and ethical production there may be instances where we are unable to exchange an item that you return to us for the same item in a different size or colour. In these instances, we will issue a store credit unless you agree to exchange for a comparable item.
We will not refund shipping costs for change of mind returns.
Faulty Item Returns
We aim to sell quality items free from defects. If you purchase a product from us with a major fault or other major problem, you have the right to ask us for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you purchase a product with a minor fault or other minor problem, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.
If you have received a product with a fault or other problem, please notify us as soon as possible so we can discuss the defect and, where appropriate, guide you through the returns process. We may require you to send us images of the item for preliminary assessment of the problem or provide other information to assist us with our assessment of the item.
How do I Return an Item?
You should contact us promptly to begin the return process. If we make a preliminary assessment to accept the return, we will send a return shipping label to you, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Our preliminary assessment to accept the return of a product is without prejudice to any final decision that we may make after we receive the product.
After you receive your return shipping label, please securely package your item in its original packaging and ensure the return shipping label is firmly affixed.
Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items must be returned via trackable / registered post as specified on the return shipping label. We must receive an item before we will treat it as returned and do not take responsibility if the item you are returning is lost in the post or is not received by us for any other reason. We may reject any returns that do not comply with this policy.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item and whether we accept the return. In some cases, we may require you to provide more information about any problem you have had with the item before we make a final decision as to whether we will accept the return. If we make a final decision to accept a return, we will inform you and process the exchange or store credit promptly.
If we decide that an item has not been returned to us in accordance with this policy or we have other grounds for not accepting the return, we will contact you to discuss our decision and whether you want us to return the item to you at your cost or dispose of the item. In either case, no exchange or store credit will be made.
Order Cancellations and Amendments
Except to the extent required by law, we are not obliged to accept a request to cancel or amend an order after it is made through this website.
If we are not required to accept a cancellation or amendment under Australian consumer laws, at our discretion, we may accept a request to cancel or amend an order if the request is made to us promptly and before we have despatched them to you.
